Wonderful Experience at Harbour's Door
easy transfers convenient shuttle lovely views
The staff arranged very smooth and easy airport transfers for me. I found the complimentary shuttle to the V&A Waterfront convenient. It made getting around so easy. My room had lovely views of the harbor and I saw a bit of Signal Hill from my window.
The room did not have enough charging outlets. I only found one outlet on one side of the bed and it took the European charger, not the one I expected.

The hotel provided a free hourly shuttle to and from the Waterfront. This was very helpful. Green Apple Tours has a desk in the hotel providing assistance. There is also parking available who drove in.

Breakfast offered a great variety of foods with options available. The restaurant staff was accommodating and friendly when serving my toddler. I found the chefs to be kind. They catered to many different needs during the breakfast service.

The staff always provided a warm welcome when I arrived. They managed to find a room early for me. I could get settled quickly. The hotel staff was helpful. They provided recommendations and support .

Mixed feelings about this stay
small shower unattentive staff
The room size felt cramped, especially the bathroom. The shower was particularly small. Breakfast service needs Improvement. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, I think. The parking payment situation was a mess. I paid in cash at check-in, BUT this wasn't noted, causing confusion later.

The staff displayed great friendliness. The shuttle service to the V&A waterfront was convenient. The meals tasted delicious. i thoroughly appreciated the overall quality of the experience.

awesome breakfast attentive staff refreshed towels welcome treats
The breakfast was fantastic , with many choices offered to guests. The staff was great, especially at breakfast. The pool area was thoroughly enjoyable , with refreshed towels always available. I received welcome treats in my room.
The carpets in the corridors did not appear as clean as I would have liked.
